Beef Jerky Curry
I like spicy food all right. Sometimes I can handle the heat, sometimes I can’t. If I’m eating something spicy, I prefer the experience to be like the one I had with this Beef Jerky Curry.
With this snack, the heat gradually built so that I could concentrate first on the curry flavor. Once the spiciness hit me, I found that it complemented the curry taste nicely. The texture of this Beef Jerky Curry is similar to that of the Pork Sung, in that it’s pretty dry.
But this is a bit scarier looking, eh?
Haha, that last picture, up close it looks like straw and worms. Or those dried little orange shrimp.
