This is entirely too hard, Cindy! I think I’ll simply list my favorite food that starts with the letter “A”!!

Avocados (which I had for breakfast – spread on garlic bread)!!!

oh, no – wait – what about: Artichokes??!! (It’s impossible to get good artichokes on the East Coast, and I’ve been in withdrawal for YEARS!!)

but then, how could I omit: Asparagus – grilled with a drizzle of garlic truffle oil and fresh ground pepper and sea salt – which I’m eating even as I type??!!

oh – and don’t forget Applesauce – home-made from apples picked personally that same day?!!

    YUMMM!!!!

    Sheri
P.S. Have you tried Choco-Boy?? Small cookie/biscuits with chocolate mushroom caps – OMG – they’re WONDERFUL!! There’s about 30 in a box – my daughter and I ate the whole thing in one sitting!!

It’s hard to choose a favorite, but I think I might have to go with adobo. It’s a filipino dish that I happen to be making for dinner tonight! Mmmm…..if only it was 6 and I was cooking, instead of noon and dreaming about it.

    Pademelon says:

There’s this amazing Burmese restaurant in San Francisco called Burma Super Star. The food is worth a trip to SF in itself. So amazing. My favorite food is their Samusa Soup. Apparently there’s a letter change between Indian and Thai samosas and Burmese samusas but they’re essentially the same. The soup is rich and spicy and amazing and has all these pieces of gorgeous potato samusa. Man, I miss that restaurant. The food is so good it made my food snob husband cry.

  • 36
