Indian Restaurant 1

You can probably guess that I like all kinds of cuisines. But I’ve got to say, Indian is near the top of my favorite-cuisines list because it has some of my most-loved things to drink and eat ever, ever, ever.

Starting with fresh Mango Juice. I think the juice was from a red-skinned mango.

Garlic Naan garnished with fresh garlic and brushed with butter. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And maybe dessert.

Steamed Basmati Rice, the perfect grains to soak up…

Chicken Tikka!!! (Yes, three exclamation points!) This dish…oh this dish. Chicken Tikka makes me want to cry tears of joy for its mere existence, and thank a deity for its deliciousness. The boneless pieces of chicken are kind of an afterthought for me, because I think this dish is all about the rich tomato and onion sauce. The sauce…oh the sauce…!!!

It is so beautiful that I am almost crying – stuck in the east coast snow monstrosity with no access to such yummies. Yep, now I am crying.

Victoria: Well, obviously I need to try more Indian drinks and dishes. :-) It’s so hard not to order Chicken Tikka, though. I guess I’ll need to order other things in addition, then!

Sarahbelle: I feel for ya. I was stuck at home because of snow last winter, and my pantry never got so much lovin’ during that whole week. Stay safe and warm!

    Chau: I second that…
