Yam Coconut Cookies
Yam Coconut Cookies. I’d expected to be focused on this new-to-me flavor combination, yet the taste wasn’t what held my attention.
No, it was the cookies’ shapes.
Along with, to a lesser extent, the coconut flakes.
Back to the main draw. I couldn’t resist playing with the cookies, first by stacking them…
while playing a little song as I snapped photos.
And then I began to wonder, Is a cookie…

Huh. Anyway, the taste and texture. Light in the yam and coconut flavors, with a firm crumble. No discernible black sesame taste, although the seeds are there. Unfortunately, not nearly yummy enough to warrant a repeat buy.
Better munch next time? Oh yes, I did.
