When I drink juice, I prefer it to be from freshly squeezed fruit, usually oranges. But sometimes I don’t want to bother with the washing, cutting, squeezing, and cleaning up. And sometimes I want juice made with fruit other than orange.

I’m going to make this post short and sweet because I think it’s going to be a green tea, Vietnamese instant coffee, and Thai energy drink kind of Monday morning. I’m sure many of us have heard not to grocery shop when hungry because who knows what our empty stomachs will tell us to buy (because aren’t we thinking with our stomachs and not our minds at that point?). So when I found myself in this situation at an Asian supermarket over the weekend, I took care of it, Cindy-style.
By having a piece of Fresh Strawberry Napoleon Cake from the Chinese bakery in the food court of the market, before I started shopping.
When I want a real cup of coffee and can’t make it to a coffee shop, I turn to this Instant Coffee Mix. Yes, I know I just included the words real and instant in the same sentence, but this is me, remember? |
